Where We Ship:

Planning to hit the beaches of Piha or squeeze in a workout in the heart of Wellington? Great news: We ship all across New Zealand from our warehouse in Auckland! If you're thinking of taking our gear beyond NZ, reach out at hello@speediance.nz and let’s discuss options!

Shipping Times:

How soon can you start using our gear? That depends on your shipping method and location. Keep in mind these are estimates – sometimes holidays or unexpected delays with the courier might affect delivery. 

Preordered Items:

All pre-order dates displayed on our product pages are provided strictly as estimated timelines. While we strive to fulfill orders within the stated time frames, these dates are subject to change. Various factors beyond our control—such as manufacturing delays, global supply chain disruptions, customs inspections, or logistics setbacks—may impact the actual ship date. Don't worry, we will make every effort to ensure you are informed of any delays! 

Shipping from our Auckland warehouse within New Zealand:

  • North Island: 2-4 Business Days
  • South Island: 3-6 Business Days

Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs, like your workout, vary depending on size, weight, and where it's headed. You’ll see the breakdown when you checkout.

Order Processing:

Once payment’s in, give us 1-2 business days to pack and prepare your order. If it’s a weekend or public holiday, we’ll get onto it the next working day.

Our Trusted Couriers:

We team up with top couriers to get your gear to you quickly and securely. Most deliveries are close to next-day arrival, though we always aim to under-promise and over-deliver!

Depot Collection:

Prefer picking up your gear from a depot? Smart move! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Dimensions & Weight: Think the size of a standard fridge or a large sofa – that’s around 110kg for our Smart Home Gym.
  • Why So Heavy? A sturdy home gym means stability and smooth workouts – it’s built to last!
  • Collection Tips: You’ll need a couple of strong friends and a vehicle that can handle the size and weight. Most depots have forklifts to help with loading, so no worries there.
  • Stay Informed: We’ll notify you once your gym is ready for collection, and the timing will be similar to home deliveries.

Tail Lift Delivery Details:

For home deliveries, your order will arrive via tail lift delivery, meaning the driver will bring the box right to your doorstep. However, due to liability reasons, they can’t help move it inside. If you’re wondering how to get it indoors, consider using platforms like Airtasker or enlist some friends for a quick lifting session – it’s always more fun with a team!

Track Your Order:

Eager to track your gear? We get it! Once it’s on its way, we’ll send over a tracking number so you can follow the journey.
