Had some problems with the delivery to my apartment building but made it work. The machine is amazing for workouts and has great content from planned workouts, full programmes and gamified challenges. Don’t recommend Wellness+ in its current state, it’s expensive and disappointing. The workouts it planned for me are silly and don’t seem to take onboard my 1rpm info, any free AI would put together a better plan, the only advantage wellness+ has over free ChatGPT or other is the direct integration.
Great piece of kit!
Bought the GM2 in February 2025 and it has changed the way I have been able to train. The versatility of the device, along with the small footprint has meant I have been able to fit this at home and it has replaced many other more bulky machines. I had an issue with the Bluetooth ring connectivity but the after sales support was great and has promptly sent out a replacement.
I just moved from a city with both a gym in our apartment and an incredible complex right across the street. So, in the suburbs, I have to drive to a gym. And while this is not a big deal, it would result in about 30 minutes of lost time. Speediance solves this problem. I am able to quickly log in, and perform nearly the same movements as I would in the gym. In fact, the different resistance settings (i.e. eccentric load) offers a much more efficient workout than I would otherwise achieve at my local gym. I love that it is so customizable and includes safety features to prevent any accidents. Sure, it is pricey. BUT, you need to factor in the time and cost you save by not needing a gym membership! I am thrilled with my speediance.
I live in NYC area where space can be tough to come by. I also have very busy work schedule and time poor. The Speediance Gym Monster 2 has some learning curve (just like when Apple released the iPhone, which defined the whole smartphone category), but once you get the hang of it, it truly is awesome to have such a small, versatility, and capable machine to do your strength training that fits in to your very busy schedule where timed group classes or commuting to the gym is just not possible. I love it and excited to see what else Speediance does to innovate in the fitness space!
Hello, We are really excited about the device. We live in Germany, and shipping was super fast. The device was set up super quickly, and setting up the app worked well too. The handle got stuck right away, and we were desperate because the device comes from China and there's no German support. There was no response to our email to support, but we joined the Facebook group, and support responded super quickly. We were then sent a new rope with a handle, and we could start training 😃 We are both incredibly excited about the application and the concept. Everything fits into such a small space, great! Unfortunately, the ring let us down and keeps losing/losing connection to the device. But we were quickly helped with that, too; the new ring is already at the post office and will be delivered tomorrow. Contrary to all expectations, the customer service is perfect. You just need to be able to speak English or use the translation program on your phone. We personally think it was a very good purchase, despite one or two initial issues. The only thing that matters is that the service is good. And it works perfectly! We can 100% recommend the Speediance Gym Monster.
I'm Very happy with it. I normally use the cable machines at the gym but the ability to do the same workouts at home, with ease, has been amazing. Hopefully its reliable long term.

A fantastic training device with completely new possibilities. I'm a fitness trainer and have been training for three-quarters of my life, and the GM2 has pleasantly surprised me for the first time in a long time. Chain sets, negative sets, etc. are simply impossible to do under normal circumstances and on my own. The multitude of functions and apps is a bit overwhelming at first, but it also makes the whole thing exciting. The hardware is excellently built; both visually and haptically, everything is worth the money. I'm still "onboarding" the software, so I can't give a final verdict yet. The resistance runs super smoothly, and everything can be quickly configured (accessories, pulley position, incline bench, rowing machine, etc.). So far, no complaints, except for the delivery – the pallet weighed 180 kg and was simply dumped in your yard, without an appointment, no prior call, just an email "will be delivered soon" – and even with the delivery driver, we couldn't carry the main unit, which weighed over 80 kg, up to the second floor (unpacked) because all the weight is in the lower part (where the motors are located). SO: three people, and then it works :-) . Update will follow if necessary. By the way: Delivery was rather TOO fast for me; after a few days, EVERYTHING (nothing was missing!) was perfectly packaged and undamaged in my yard, much sooner than expected. Absolutely love this GymMonster - worth every single penny! Have been using this in combination with Built With Science program and already seeing results. I'm 57 years old and already in best shape of my life. Getting muscle and definition. Have this set up in a small workout room and love the space-saving format and that base folds up so can have floor free for stretching and other exercises. I also looked at the Tonal and this won hands down after I did my research - costs less, lifetime membership and easily moved if needed versus being semi-permanently bolted to a wall. They update software on regular basis so constantly improving it based on user feedback. 5 STARS and very pleased!
My experience with the Speediance Gym Monster – Simply awesome! I'm incredibly satisfied with the Speediance Gym Monster! In my opinion, there's no better or more compact device for training at home. Construction & Accessories • Device: 5/5 ⭐️ – The workmanship is absolutely high-quality and sturdy. • Incline Bench: 5/5 ⭐️ – The bench is top-notch and could also be used in a conventional gym. • Rowing Rack: 4/5 ⭐️ – Very well made, but it loses one star because the footrest is rigid and doesn't rock. • Accessories: 4/5 ⭐️ – The handles unfortunately seem a bit cheap and light. On the other hand, the barbell and rowing bar are absolutely top-notch – made of solid material with a good weight. Training Experience Training with the Speediance is incredibly fun, and the variety of exercises is simply amazing! I was able to completely replace my gym visit because absolutely anything can be done with this device. Training with the electronic weights is a real highlight – the feeling is simply amazing! My conclusion I'm annoyed that I didn't buy the Speediance much sooner. It's simply amazing, and I can recommend it to everyone! Thanks to its flexibility, I can train spontaneously and efficiently, saving valuable time – it's my home gym! 💪🔥
Super easy setup. Works great as expected, but 2 problems: 1) Apple music is playing but I cannot control it and 2) the bluetooth ring lost its connection.

The GymMonster 2 is the ideal fitness center for the home, even for taller people (1.9 m). I have now tested it intensively for 3 months. I recommend at least Works Plus because of the adjustable bench. Overall, there are many positive features, hence the 5 stars. Some examples - The device is stable even with higher weights. Overall, the device and the accessories make a good impression. A lot of things are very well thought out. - With normal accessories for a cable pull, you can easily expand the device to include many other exercises. - The option to pair it with the Apple Watch is very practical. - With simple magnetic hooks, you can also attach the accessories to the device (see picture). - The videos of the exercises are practical. - (So far) no paid subscriptions. Everything can be used without restrictions. What could be better - Even after the update, there are frequent problems with pairing with the ring. Sometimes the connection between the device and the Apple Watch also gets stuck. Positive: there are constant updates, so hopefully things will get better. - There is no option to pair the device with headphones or speakers. Music via the device itself is not as good. However, the announcements and system sounds are clear and loud - I now use English as the system language because the translation into German sometimes didn't work - Even new exercises with your own accessories are not easy to add - With free weights, it would be helpful if the time continued to run normally like with other exercises. Unfortunately, it always stops, which makes it more difficult to take appropriate breaks. - You have to be a little careful when adjusting the holders for the accessories. If the device is off, it can jerk afterwards. Apparently the rope wasn't rolled up properly. Fortunately, it went away again. - There could be more information (e.g. with videos) on how to do the exercise correctly. There are video instructions and descriptions, but they don't cover some important techniques. - The customer service could be improved, as others have already written.
I couldn’t be more thrilled with my Speediance Gym Monster 2! The compact design makes it so easy to set up and fit into my home, and it's a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more driving to the gym— I can now get a full workout at home anytime I want. The electronic resistance is impressively challenging, offering a great range of intensity that keeps pushing me further in my fitness journey. I've yet to find any lift or exercise that can't be done on the GM2, which shows its versatility and strength. Plus, Speediance’s commitment to continuously improving their software is awesome! The customer and community support is exceptional, always there when you need help or advice. I would 100% purchase the Gym Monster 2 again— it’s truly transformed how I approach fitness.
The device is an amazing space saver. And I get some of the best workouts I’ve ever had. Additionally, the customer service is great. Sometimes needs a little patience but they are always willing to go above and beyond!
This has been the best purchace. it fits into a small foot print. You do not need a lot of equipment for the same workouts as being in a large gym. Over the last couple of months i have been less prone to injury because it spots you and you can immediately unload weight. I love that it is detachable from the wall so you are not risking damage to your house frame. My favorite part is that it is so much simpler to progressive over load because you can increase weight by small increments. I use this machine 4 days a week and look forward to it because of its convenience!

As an engineer I appreciate the great design - packaging, solid and high quality design, ease of setup (<15 min, no tools), safety features, broad scope of software, and continuous improvement (e.g. blog, FB). Space efficient standalone design is great as is the lifetime membership- way to disrupt the home fitness category that typically overcharges customers. Software is easy to use - very detailed, so looking forward to creating a customized training plan. Free lift has been a great start to experience the many options, all being smooth and safe (e.g. barbell clamp for finger bt, assist mode). Great system- you WILL NOT be disappointed :).
I am so happy that we made this purchase. My wife and I love that it has a partner mode so we can workout together. It saves what weight we are using and automatically adjusts when it's time to switch!!! So easy to set up and so many workouts that we can easily follow. The customer service is also top tier. Highly recommend this product for everyone.
Great device! I'm not a super-trained monster athlete. I just want to do something for my fitness and get my back problems under control. I've had the Gymmonster 2 for a month now and apart from the long delivery time, I'm absolutely delighted. And what ultimately convinced me is that I can train whenever I want, whether it's early, midday, evening or night. And I have more than just a cable pull and a few weights. You get lots of ideas for warming up, stretching or even yoga and the like. In summary, a clear purchase recommendation for anyone who wants to do something for themselves at home. So far I haven't had any quality problems, and if it stays that way then the purchase was worth it.
Excellent machine
After a month of intensive use, I can only say: Very good! Much more frequent training than originally planned - it's just fun. Well-guided exercises and interesting courses - plus a complete set of equipment ensure quick success. Only the German translation is really bad, but you know that in advance from many test videos and it doesn't really bother you. For me it was a worthwhile investment and I hope the monster lasts a long time!

Overall the compact footprint and ease of set up for this all in one training equipment is awesome. I love that you can take a class or free lift. My only complaint is that the rowing feature isn't as seamless as I'd hoped. The frame of the gym monster does not support a full pulling motion with the rowing bench. When I pull at full speed I'm afraid I will pull the whole machine over.
I’ve been waiting a long time for a compact total gym option. As a business owner and father of three young kids, it’s extremely challenging to fit in a workout especially factoring in getting to a gym outside of work hours. Home equipment never satisfied the strength building aspects I was looking for. My wife wasn’t into the idea of having a lot of heavy, immobile weight equipment at home…and I’ll admit she wasn’t wrong about how much space that would occupy! We would look into a lot of smart gym equipment over the years. But for various reasons nothing seemed to fit our needs. Finally we discovered Speediance. It was compact, it was mobile, it was hi tech, and it was priced right! We finally purchased it this Fall and while I remained a bit skeptical, as soon as I set up the machine I was so impressed. The quality of the equipment, the easy setup and simplicity of the interface immediately surpassed my expectations. The only downside fall may be a I have no reason to skip gym days now, though I don’t even want to with how much I can pack in on this machine. It’s also nice I don’t have to be worried with this around my kids and that my wife can use it to achieve her fitness goals too. I’m excited to get back to the fitness level I used to be at and feel healthier with Speediance. This machine is extremely impressive and honestly fun. I highly recommend to any prospectively buyer.
My husband and I have long been seeking out an alternative to bulky home gyms and memberships to expensive and inconvenient gyms. Other products we reviewed, seemed clunky, or vast enough in what you could do for the price point, or outrageously expensive and immobile. When we discovered Gym Monster we were hopeful, and user reviews helped us bite the bullet and purchase it this fall. I was blown away at how easy it was to set up and the user interface was so intuitive. I can’t wait to achieve my fitness goals and squeeze in workouts every as a busy (and tired) mom of three young kids. I have the first Speediance that the company has come out with. This product has been a life changer for me. The hardest thing about getting back into shape was physically going to the gym however I did not feel I was able to get an adequate workout at home. This machine and program has not only changed that for me but also at an affordable price! Being able to join the community without a monthly fee, workout in the privacy of my home, and regardless of the weather conditions, there are no excuses being that I don't have to leave the house! Not to mention, their customer service has been nothing short of spectacular! This product and company have by far met my expectations. The Speediance Gym Monster 2 has really helped me get back into resistance training. The programs are great for creating a routine and the data you get helps you keep track of your progress. I've only had it for a month of so and feel like my workouts are better than when I was at a gym. Looking forward to my continued fitness journey using this machine.
After a long and sad wait, where Speediance clearly needs to improve their logistics and communication, we finally received our Gym Monster 2 Family+ package. Delivered to the door, easy to unpack, easy to assemble and just seems like a good quality product. We look forward to exploring all the possibilities it offers over the next few weeks.
One of my favorite additions to my workout routine! I love this machine. It helped me a lot with my physique and strength. My husband and I switched turns and I found it very convenient since I’m a working mom and I have no time to drive to a local gym. This is my gym in a machine. I am literally in love with it and can’t skip a day without working out. The programs are great and you can custom your workout to what’s best for your goals. Get it now!!!!!
